There was a voting to increase the amount of coins. XEL have 100 milions coins, initial it was 5 milions.

Mainnet will launch soon. This week  we are testing the litewallet and mainnet, before launching it to general population. We have  a great advanced eco system.

The project collected more than 700 BTC, and all people where aware that this is not a investment, it is a donation. So this mean.... all people that supported are real believers.

I really wonder how many lost their private keys by now or forgot that they threw some BTC at this project. With that long of a time between donation phase and mainnet launch, it is very possible that maybe even 50% of XEL remain unclaimed.
