1) Double check the exact address that Yobit gave you and compare it, character after character, to your transaction. Trust me, it happens.

2) If it is, then check with Yobit. Ask them if it's a technical malfunction on their side and show them the exact proof with the transaction hash and all that sort.

3) If they say nothing's wrong and refuse to cooperate, open up a scam accusation against them in the corresponding section.

1) I have checked it character by character, i have made many transaction on that address.

2) I have sent them a ticked but still no reply

3) I'm waiting for a bit, it has never happened to me

Well that complicates it a little bit. How long has it been since the ticket was submitted? If it's been more than a couple days/weeks then it's probably just them ignoring you and praying that you won't take action against them.

No i have sent it maybe 40 minutes ago but searched also on their chat but no admin is online at the moment.
I know their support is slow but will hope till the end.

Oh. If it was that recent then you've still got time. I would be impressed if they answered and resolved a technical issue like that within 40 minutes, coming from Yobit. I'd say wait at least 3-4 days, and every time you see an administrator on the chat, *gently* prod him and ask how the ticket is going. I doubt he'll respond but it'll remind him/them. If they don't respond within 4 days, open up a scam accusation to spur them on.

I made this transaction to earn some money on exchange as i bought cheaper that yobit price at that moment but as you know ETH price changes a lot in a minute, and this delay is not good for me Sad

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I have a couple ETH invested as well, and the price seems to have a bullish trend overall so it's probable than you'll get your funds back and the price will be higher than what you would have sold it for if you deposited it now.

Wait, slow down. These aren't the same coins that you were talking about in the OP, right? If they aren't, then I'd say Yobit probably screwed up somewhere with their code. As bad as their reputation is, they make more money than if they'd scam.

Sit tight and put in another ticket.

Well I'm really afraid now because of this drama happening, transation is not showing on blockchain.info but it is showing on blocktrail.
But it's not confirmed even though it is 0.0003 fee Sad

The second issue with bitcoin has been solved with the shorena's help, it was included in the last block and then it got confirmed which I'm very happy now, but I'm waiting from the Yobit side to resolve the problem with the deposit of 35 ETH.

Yobit known as an exchange with bad support so if you expect a fast response from them , they will not.
For future reference , I suggest to do not arbitrage in yobit  , it is not worth as you experienced now , expecting a good profit by cheaper price at yobit now turn a worry isn't it?

I have traded a lot in the far and near past in yobit so i don't think they are bad and i trusted almost all of my money there at once.
I got an answer from BlackSmith (moderator or admin there and updated the ETH wallets).

Solved.
