I never got an email when I signed up for the store, but after a password reset I was able to log in.

They have my coins now.  Not sure if any of it went through, but hopefully I'll at least get a refund if they over sold the units.

How do you sign-up for the store?  I didn't see that link.

Thanks

Well I have a "pay" page from walletbit with the right total, but my deposit to walletbit disappeared. Lots of confirmations and balance of 0 at walletbit. Address is correct. Nice way to lose $1500.

How many confirmations?
9 now. Maybe that's not enough?

You were lucky being able to pay. It seems a walletbit error, so, as long as they didn't lost the private key for address generated for you, you're safe, they'll fix things.

FYI the site is back up. It says Avalons outright are out of stock, but trade-ins, which are not factored as part of the 600 limit for batch 2, are available.

If they count the number of units passed onto walletbit as part of their 600 I have 10 ordered and I'm sure somebody else must have at least 50 lol

Count 2 of me too paid after registering to the webite ans surfing smoothly

Ok,

after registering I was able to buy two units, see

http://blockchain.info/tx-index/6b698d60124ca67f5b5d81643a0f5f65dab2c12b152f95bcc41f1f7d1c6be7e4

Now, the walletbit page does not refresh nor I've received a mail...

Let's hope I've not wasted 151 BTC...

spiccioli

I got far enough to get a payment address and QR and correct total from walletbit (as walletbit guest), but I was scared to to send the payment, as the page still had a "spinner" on it, and no order id or anything.

I didn't get an email either.

I signed up for a walletbit account now to be safer.  Do I need to deposit BTC to that account now to pay with walletbit?

The analogy was for point 1. Point 2 is just retarded, it's happened already, but how could they now make it right?

Also, that's a fuckup, not a scam. There's a difference.

The problem is, whenever they decide to do another do over and preorder again I might not be available. I have placed a pre order and paid, and they need to honor it, not come up with excuses and try again. Yes, they fucked up, and they need to fix it.

It's fine to put people's personal information out there? Post it all over the forums too? That sure seems like what bitcoin is all about. My apologies for my confusion on that.

Paid 151.2757 btc  as a walletbit guest.
So I have no idea if it will go to avalon team or not?

Cannot find any order no from store.avalon-asics.com.

Who knows?

I was expecting the walletbit page to refresh as soon as I did send the BTCs, now I've printed that page onto a .PDF let's hope wallet bit has them and gives them back if the order is not accepted.

Another problem I'm having is even getting my deposit to show up on Walletbit.  From my own wallet to their site, it's 6 confirmations in and I have yet to see any kind of balance show up in my "dashboard"

I tried this and sent the BTC to walletbit. 6 confirms later, they show no balance...
The real blockchain.info shows 6 confirms, of course walletbit links to some ghetto ripoff (blockchain.dk) that is not working properly.

Yes, this is my situation too.

There were 3rd party cookie issues for some...  I'm using Chrome w/Ubuntu and I didn't have those issues, but I experienced what you did which was only rectified by creating a wordpress account through the Avalon store.
