An individual named Kate Pry probably located in Australia.
Even though I sent correct amount to the email address via Paypal, he/she insisted that it was the wrong address. I already made a dispute and cancelled it as told, so it is gone.

don't send bitcoin to anyone using tormail, tor, proxies, etc. ever. unless you want to. but then don't complain.  or complain, but you won't get it back.

I am not complaining, just reporting so that no one else does the same mistake. Anyways it was early days of me discovering bitcoin and trading. So I learned my lesson.
