If you are looking for hardware wallet, IMHO, Trezor is best. I got it using expressed shipping, and there was no extra charges in customs or tax etc.

How did you get it without duty? Did it come through the post office?

He was just lucky that the customs were clumsy while checking out his package else they would have tagged it as worth a lot and would have demanded a fortune. It all depends of vigilance of the customs. Yes, it usually comes by Bhartiya Daak after getting released by Customs.

I had bought this as well and have used it extensively. I got it on some offer where i paid for 2 and got 3 delivered.

I got it to my personal name and did not end up paying any custom duty.

Regards
Is there any limit as to how many coins can be stored in one wallet? If yes what is the maximum limit of one wallet? if not why you bought two?

There is no limits as such. You can generate multiple wallets on the same device itself.

Needed two for different purposes. Also having two will allow you to clone the keys and you can throw the second one into a locker for just in case reasons - however you can always recover your keys using the 24 key words without the actual trezor though but having the second one makes your life easier.

I have ordered a multipack at my home address.  Are you sure that if ordered at home address there won't be any custom duty? Also isn't the custom duty capped at some particular percentage of the bill value? Normally whenever i ordered anything from amazon global store it should be used be just 10 percent or less.

Order it on your personal name and address, for business address and name they MAY ask for declaration and verification documents.

For everyone in India looking for a hardware wallet, you might want to consider Ledger Nano S wallet. It is a very popular and reliable hardware wallet and supports more coins than Trezor. You can get it on Amazon without any hassles related to custom.

Also, I noticed few people offering to sell their wallets. NEVER BUY A SECOND-HAND WALLET. It is very risky and you might end up losing all your coins. There have been few cases in the past where all of the coins of the users of second-hand wallets were STOLEN. Always buy it from a reliable source like Amazon or the wallet's own website.

Second hand wallets are also safe provided you know how to reset the 24 word phrase and make it like a new one. Even Amazon can't be trusted according to your logic since people selling are not authorized resellers and neither it is being shipped by people who have any affiiations with trezor. The most reliable would be buying from the website and if you are already given some 24 word phrase, just create a new one which will work exactly as a new one!
