Stop with your bullshit I've paid you plenty of times during our degen clam moments without escrow. Your just mad because you were doing more paying than I was. Don't blame me for your shitty karma induced luck.

If I lose a bet... I pay. I don't get made about gambling losses.

My shitty karma induce losses... lol!  I won the boxing bet scrub.

Want to double or nothing your money using escrow?

$790x2= what you would put in escrow.

It's amazing your still in the betting mood with me. I like that. Noted.

You will have to escrow the $790x2 on our bet.

If you win the $790 owed is gone... if I win then I take the $1580.

We are both gamblers  Cool
This is about as fair as it gets, another bet double or nothing safe with escrow.

It looks to me like you have 2 options
1) Pay you debt.
2) Take the offer of a double or nothing bet.

1. I don't know the full facts and you two seem to have been friends at one stage.
All I know is what I see here and it looks like you owe BayAreaCoins $790 in btc, going by just what has been provided.

I never like to takes side in an argument that doesn't involve me but this does seem to favour BAC.

What is your main reason for not paying 2. this debt that you acknowledge is outstanding?

1. Please re-read my OP a few times if needed.
2. Please provide reference to when I "acknowledge" this debt is outstanding.

There's a number of public posts and this pm:

I'm ready to make a deal with you.

My signature space, if I can sign up for a good campaign like fortunejack or this one,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1333794.0

Will make around .2 a month and can go directly to you.

Or if you want, use my signature space for your snail business or anything you like (most things), this account is just going to waste at the moment.

I'll leave it on as long as it take to get this whole thing over with. What do you think?

Ok well you acknowledge that you never paid what you did owe from the bet.
I guess he did say the debt it "written off" and you cant chase someone for cash you have written off but his not chasing you just saying that its not safe to deal PayPal with you.

I'll leave this to you two to work out unless more proof can be brought forward.

Why not take another bet with escrow,  you could win big for little down.

That is me trying to be nice. That is me saying, damn I feel bad that BAC still feels bitter about this whole thing, damn I would love to solve this issue in a way that we both walk out of it winners, and damn maybe I should compromise and make him feel better. But as we all know, nice guys don't always finish last, in my case.

You aren't a winner when you lose a bet fuck face... skipping out on paying it doesn't make you a winner either.

All this negative shit and threads is JustBtcMe dumb ass ways of trying to weasel out of paying / negative feedback.

Thanks for the offer. I actually PMed BAC earlier to apologize for overreacting. Fact is that his first and second neutral trust was justified and I should've left it as that and none of this would've play out the way it did.

I will remove my neg and delete the scam accusations, the liar poll, and other silly posts I've made if he agrees to let this go and remove his neg. I will also remove yours as well if you do the same for me.

It all really comes down to your definition of the word "neutral". For those not in the knows,  Please see BayAreaCoins neutral feedback for me last year.

Your point is.....that I buy high value collectible items on the forum with total of more than 100k sales and have been doing so successfully for many years without escrow and purely based on my judgement of someone's trustworthy-ness? Then yes, I am guilty.

I did go back and re read, twice and I still see that the only way this was resolved was BAC was nice enough to write off your debt.
And the payback  his getting is bullshit.

The money is over if he wrote it off but you still must acknowledgement that you skipped out on a bet after you lost.
Casino's would go broke if they were as good to you as BAC has been.

So if someone scammed the children's hospital for 1000 dollars in your name would you be nice enough to write off the debt to the "scammer" and turn a negative red feedback to neutral too? Use common sense please.

I don't think it matters as to when he found this, or otherwise became aware of this difference. The importance is that the distinction was commonly accepted prior to his actions.

I think it is fairly clear that BAC was wrong (made a mistake) in not securing the entire amount you were attempting to bet prior to accepting your bet (as is the accepted practice with the vast majority of gambling establishments). This however does not mean that you are not liable to pay your bet in the event that you had the loosing bet.

BAC agreed to donate the proceeds of your loosing bet to a charity, that would untimely benefit you. There is absolutely no way that you are going to come out of this situation looking like anything but a scammer from this situation. Be a man and pay up what you agreed to pay. I am fairly certain that you would not have been happy if the bet went your way and BAC did not end up paying you (what would have been) your winnings.

Then you used that as evidence of him being scummy for not calling you scummy for 4 or 5 sentences.

That's really lame.  Pay your debt dude.

Commonsense is something you need to start using.
Pay the outstanding amount to BAC and then he can pass that to the children's hospital if he is quoted as saying he would.

Did you really think many here would have sympathy for you in this case?
