well depends how it is set up but if it creates a pgp pair on a remote (tor) server and it uses the PUBLIC key to encrypt your files...
and you can BUY the private key from the server using btc.... well then we now know why it is not a wise idea to build in backdoors in all kind of software to fight terrorism!
