Urgent announcement on all SEPA and POLISH Deposits

TOKYO, JAPAN - February 25, 2013
      
Dear customers,
      
We have been warned last Friday by our Polish Bank of the following request regarding SEPA and POLISH deposits:
      
From Monday, February 25, 2013, all deposits made to our polish account MUST include Mt.Gox Poland's registered office address in Warsaw. Please note that all transfers sent to our bank account without Mt.Gox Poland's address will be automatically rejected by our bank without notice.

We have updated our SEPA and POLISH "add funds" pages to make sure that you will have our correct address to comply with our Polish Bank request for your next deposit(s).

BIC: WBKPPLPP is not available on my online bank

My bank lets me choose between this

WBKPPLPPCBM   BANK ZACHODNI WBK SA   10901867   POZNAN   
WBKPPLPPXXX   BANK ZACHODNI WBK SA   10902255   POZNAN   

Which is the correct one?

Also address field is not availble...
Should I add it in the detail field?

the one with the XXX at the end is the global bic for that bank, the other just specify which exact agency it is, so just pick the global one as it doesn't matter since the bank account isn't just bound to one agency

In the inter-bank file transfer format there is in fact no such a thing as "address field", there is only a field "Recipient" composed of 4 lines 35 characters each, and all address data is concatenated into that. So you should just put the address into the "recipient" field, the result will be the same at the other end if you put it like that all in the "recipient" field (provided it allows 80 characters):

There might just be a separate "country" field, I am not sure.

And sh*t.. did not see this before sending funds.

What now ? Is it possible to contact my bank to add info ? Or should I wait for a formal rejection ? How much time should it take ?

I'm mostly angry about myself not checking the website again before making the wire, but this is really the last time I'm using Gox, I'm fed up.

There is ALWAYS something going wrong. And if not, it just takes half a month to do a deposit or withdrawal.

Now I suppose it's going to be weeks before I see the funds again, so I can I make a new deposit. As always.. Flying ducks would be faster.
