скажу даже больше, если ставить любые частоты то после перезапуска он подумает что это штатные частоты, и шкала опять будет доступна в две стороны, что нам и нужно

про игрища с частотой памяти - тут есть ограничения и у самого чипа(по стабильной работе), поэтому сильно сбросить, без ущебра стабильности, не получится.
