By a-ads principle it does not matter if you have 1000 or 10 unique impressions because you are paid per day.
The number of unique impression and  "just impressions" helps just to find advertisers and to interest them to advertise on your site.

You must find more people and in preference before the other publisher...
it is what i find not fair...
if your visitors visit after the other ones...you have not unique impressions even if you reward better.
But as said...
If you have non unique impressions you can of course earn as well.
a publisher can prefer paying by you 100 satoshi per day than 100 satoshi on moonbit because the banner will perhaps be more seen than on moonbit.

It implicitly targets ads by country: ads are being served only for the countries that speak the corresponding language.

You can also explicitly select or block the countries in the 'locations' tab of your campaign's settings. Be careful though as it might negatively affect the CPM/efficiency of your campaign (especially if your daily budget is high but the amount of traffic that satisfies your criteria is low).

Withdrawals happen automatically on a daily basis when balance hits the configurable withdrawal threshold (0.0001 btc by default).

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can. We don't censor publishers' sites, but we put them in categories (so that advertisers have a choice).

how do I change the site url under info tab?
I just realized it has www in front of my blogspot site, usually they don't need www
not really a big deal, because it still goes to the right site
but it just bug me whenever I open the ad unit stat, it shows the url with www 
can you please manually remove the www prefix from it, thanks

URL of ad unit is read only, but I fixed it for you. There is no much sense in using the same ad unit across many different sites because only the traffic from the matching (sub)domain is being counted as unique.
