Requirement:
# Must be premier or Business - no personal please.1) must be from one of the country above
2) should be aged - minimum 3 months to few years
3) should have transaction history - the more transaction it has, the better. The bigger fund it received/sent, the better. The more recent transaction it has, the better.
4) should be fully verified
5) should be able to provide with documents paypal usually asks, like photo id, address proof, recent utility bill (scan or photo taken by phone, photo preferred)
6) should have clean history, the less chargeback/dispute it received - the better.
7) If it has a seller history with ebay (if you sold over ebay and received payment from ebay to this account), that will be a plus point and I will pay EXTRA for that.
The account should be 21 days hold free.
* 9) most importantly, must not be a hacked/phised account - must be of your own/friends/relatives/cousins/somebody you know personally.
