Trying to transfer a MtGox coupon into PayPal via Bitinstant

Hello. I'm relatively new to bitcoins but I have a MtGox coupon and I've been trying to send it to my PayPal via Bitinstant for around a week now. I'm filling out all the appropriate information on BitInstant but I never received an email or anything to put my coupon code into. I've tried via different browsers, different emails, and a different computer. Same result. The website just "refreshes" without anything happening. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me if I'm doing something wrong or the website's not working as intended.

It's possible that it's a bug that's being worked on. I've noticed a few things on the site updating in the last few days, so it very-well could be an upgrade that went wrong.

If you sent in support emails with no reply, there's a decent chance they're working on it and just haven't reached a resolution yet.
