Pay  0.01008251 BTC  .so i stopped login in  bitcoinsurf.org website.

That is really an obvious sign. I remember using it when I was still a noob and thank god I did not pursue earning there.  I never knew it does not pay so thanks for the info but I doubt you that you earned BTC.15 there.

Normal sites obviously would not charge you for what you earn from them. So the scam.
