It depends, they never ask for exactly the same thing, but most of the time
they ask for the following:
- ID
- Proof of address
- Invoices
- Business information
- Proofs of delivery

What do you mean?....you added a visa and then you didn't have to provide all the other documents and proofs they ask for?

I've unblocked many paypal accounts. Let me know if this is of interest to you.
Got access to a voice changing program, and can spoof the number to make it appear from your line. But I'd prefer to add a number which I can generate for you in case they call back or send an sms confirmation.
