Ya i remember this qoute saying "God didn't create people, it was people who created God". Many wars was caused by religion alone. Atheist or not each people has a belief supernatural or not. It's on an individual to be mature enough to think on his own opinion.

Religion separates country and people. For example, ISIS will kill you if they found out that you are a christian. They will let you live if you're one of them. Religion somehow saved your life if that happened to you. Have you guys watched the movie 'PK'? It is about Religion. Elohim created the universe, not El or Yahweh, but Elohim (plural)

Christianity has a method of changing multiplicity into unary by means of a Mystery (eg the trinity) so I don't expect logical argument about that.

That's because you are unwilling to accept the idea that multitudes of people, worldwide, throughout all of time from the Beginning, have understood that there is one God. Sure, they had their idols. Sure they had their "imaginary friends." But they also understood the one God Creator over all.

What do you mean by, "Until recently?" They still hold dragon parade celebrations all over China and other countries. Dragons are found in the Bible in times when people thought they were real.

If churches lost their tax break somehow, they would stop being corporations, and become churches.

Corporations that are 501 c 3 exempt, are charitable, non-profit organizations. That's the way that most churches exist.

However, if they became 508 c 1 churches, they would not be exempt. They would be excluded. Why would they be excluded? Because of their religious state... under the 1st Amendment. Excluded means no tax, and no filing, and classed outside of taxation and outside of exempt.

The IRS isn't going to push this. Why not? Because they (the IRS) would lose. And when they lost, they would lose the small amounts that churches pay one way or another.

A general reference to that bathroom bill and the signifcant media and global coverage of it.
The one in South Carolina mandating that unisex bathrooms basically be mandatory and having organizations like Disney and Hollywood put economic pressure on governemnt to force their point of view across even if a populace disagrees against it heard its 60% approve of that bill but a fair bit of money does go towards influencing media towards a condemnation.
