Honest, Godly men become priests because they believe that they are doing a righteous thing for God. The Church teaches them this. Then, after they are locked into the position in a way difficult to get out of, they find out the truth. Many priests stay on so that they can help the people. Others become as corrupt as the Church leaders. Change is difficult to make, especially after you have taken an oath to stay.

Church leaders like it this way. Why? They get the service of a priest who remains in relative poverty all his life. Little expense to the Church this way. A few priests are smart enough and strong enough to get out.

But you can't believe that life and the universe exist. They are nonsense. The only, Only, ONLY understanding of how they can exist is the fact that they do exist. You are wrong mate, you are totally wrong. There were and there is bad deeds that are done in the name of religion, but there are also good things happening because of it too. World media tells us mostly sad and bad things that happens in world, but how can we measure goodness in people and good deeds.
