More specifically,the people with good post quality + regular posters.Since a lot of people have applied and by checking their post quality,not everyone will be served so you might have a chance .Again,it depends on the number of spots alex is planning to open.

Enrolled users can check if their addresses match, for the sake of security

User excluded means only that he won't receive btc in the batch payment. Problems after enrollment (neg. trust/scam accusations/ecc...) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and payment will be eventually sent in a different transaction.
