Maybe you can somehow work together with a cam site where people can spend the coins they earn on your site?
I think on chaturbate that's not possible.
On Xotika for example it would be.

 I like your site, might be good idea to find someone willing to pay for advertising instead of relying on referral income, you would probably have to increase traffic but some bloggers earn big money from people paying for ads up front by the month, depending on how many hits your getting.
