I suggest that for this contest you would better pay people in Bitcoin. This way you will get more exposure.
WMCoin is not that widely known I don't think that you will catch attention of some better signature designers out there.

Can't you pay using bitcoin ..otherwise we have to trade WMCoins to get money to our account ..hope you can provide some solution

I see that this has been moved to alt already. If you want your coin mre exposure I suggest just do the payment via bitcoin. Pay te winners with bitcoin equivalen to the wmcoins that you are offering as a bounty.
