* My Guaranteed deposit: http://bit.ly/MAWOEv

And guess what? With that you have discredited yourself as able to hold funds in escrow... There is no guaranteed deposit when all your doing is lending out. So I think that discredits you a lot.

If you have read the OP of that link, you should have seen I have been one of a little few bitcoin lender/borrower that have always keep my word.  Just for the record, my concept of guaranteed deposit is exactly that, 'guaranteed' so there were no risk for the investors to trust their coins to me.

I successfully managed that deposit and regularly paid interests every week. Later when I made the decision to close that deposit because my lack of free time I publicly announce it in advance and I returned every bitcoin back to my investors.

Having successfully managed 3,700 BTCs in that deposit, Do you think I will have any kind of incentive to scam anyone for a few coins in escrow?

Just think about it.

I will act as an escrow agent between the users hugolp and nexusakachus.

The agreement is as follows:

1.- hugolp will be the buyer of this operation who will buy some buy an agreed upon physical product/s to nexusakachus, the seller.
2.- The buyer will send 33.7 BTCs to my escrow address 19RGb5s2eoDAn8fhe2LpyN22DHBacUGZjT
3.- the seller will send the physical goods to the buyer.
4.- As I announced in the OP I will not charge any fee for this transaction, so when the buyer confirms the reception of the product I will release the full amount of 33.7 coins to the seller.
5.- If for any reason any kind of problem arise, I will mediate in the dispute resolution between both parties. In the unlikely scenario in which both parties don't reach an agreement I will donate the coins to a good cause. Those coins will go to promote bitcoin throughout the Spanish speaking countries through initiatives like this one. Anyway I will provide prove of the donation for anyone to see if that eventually happen.

hugolp and nexusakachus, can you please confirm you both agree?
If this is the case ... now it's showtime!

All my depositor's funds are 100% guaranteed and will not lose any funds due to any defaults.

This is impossible to promise since I am guessing you didn't have 3700 btc on reserve...

I deposited 50 BTC with him for 9 weeks. He returned the principal + interest as agreed when he wound the whole operation down.

The deposit ended, he returned everyone's coins, and was one of the (very) few people who didn't default in the lending shitstorm. As for the "coins on reserve" thing, ideally, he had 3700 coins worth of illiquid assets to back up the deposits.

Might want to clean this up, it makes no sense.  It's also rather ambiguous (as a mediator you want to eliminate as much of this as possible) if the intent was to make the escrow public information.

In lending like this, there is no guarantees and you can't promise those claims, it is false advertising and lying. So unless he can prove before he had the coins before he started collecting coins, which he can't, and should have said when he first posted it, then you can't guarantee it.

He can prove he had, say, a car. Doing so would validate both claims: deposit guarantee (sell the car, possibly have an OTM call option in case of fast BTC increase) and use for deposited money (need of liquidity -- you can't buy S.DICE with your cupholder).

That is kinda stretching it but i guess that could work.
It is indeed "stretching it." Unfortunately so, too: if this was the only scenario under which people accepted bitcoin deposits, maybe the lending shitstorm wouldn't have been so severe. See: PatrickHarnett.

Hello guys,

today hugolp have received the second batch of products he bought from nexusakachus. As such, I have been authorized to release the second and last part of the escrow deposit.

On March 10th, I released the first lot of BTC19.1 to nexusakachus.

Today, I have released the other BTC14.6 to nexusakachus, once hugolp have confirmed that he has received the products as agreed. Here I put the transaction ID so everybody can check it: http://blockchain.info/tx/6ffd050446f67a5e310103efe7fe12180b2d3d1b8325787510e759a1fe90e461

Nexus & Hugo, Thank you very much to both of you guys for trusting me as your escrow agent.

Just to confirm that everything went correctly. Vescudero was very profesional as scrow.

I would highly recommend trading with Nexusakachus. While the bitcoins were on scrow there was the big surge on price, and because of it and without any obligation on his part he included an extra battery as a gift. The packets arrived with the appropiate content and on time. One of the power supplies did not work and I had to replace it myself (2 eur). When I communicated it to Nexusakachus he insisted on sending me a solar charger as compensation. He has been nothing but profesional and has showed that he cares about his costumers.
