It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I believe the R9 390 was basically a rebadged R9 290 with an updated BIOS - try 1100 core / 1500 clock as a start point, *IF* you can keep the thing cool enough.

Overvolted 390 can't do better than that? Set your fan speed to 100%.

Depends on your card.

I have my gigabyte set to 1175/ 1550 and only a slite voltage increase. I have my fan set to 85% keeps it at 70-71℃ and I get 33-34mhs on ether.

Can be up to +100 mV, however at 1175 MHz for the  GPU white lines appear  at the monitor (max stable overclock is 1150 MHz at +20 power limit and 50 mV Core Voltage). That's why I use the 1140 MHz for the GPU and 0 power limit (can be a minimum Core Voltage at +6 mV).
