As for the multi votes not going to put that in.
Its something that is allowed via site, but not something we will be doing.
It would be abused by people with multiple accounts a whole lot worse then just 1 vote.
This will be going on for a full year if you feel like changing your vote at anytime you can.
Multi-votes doesn't make poll abusing any harder (if anything, it's the opposite) since you cannot cast more than 1 vote on the same option.
So the potential abuser, assuming he wants to bump only certain site, will likely cast only 1 vote, while honest voters would cast multiple, making the result more representative.
As i see it, its the top site. Your voting on the site you think is overall best.
With 3 votes you can almost guarantee certain sites hit the top 3.
1 vote per person makes it so you have to choose your overall top site.
That way who ever the runner up's are they got those votes because people thought they were the best.
Not their second or third choice, this way you have to think which features or style of gameplay or community you like best.
But this is a year long it can be changed at anytime so currently its not an issue.
