It's in the frontpage. Right above the Start button.
Also when I tried the service the letter of guarantee also seem like copy pasted from the bitmixer since it says it was signed by bitmixer.

Actually we both have right

2 BTC x 0,5% = 0.01 BTC

less 1 BTC x 1% = 0.01 BTC

more 3 BTC x 0,5% = 0.015 BTC

but I should add that "2 BTC or less in proportion to the % to earn minimum"
