We do have wallet but it belongs to billing system and automatically goes to user balance. This account is mutual for all users and their winnings are also withdrawn automatically.

If i understand the OP correctly, there is a hot wallet. The OP mentions it's inside their billing system, nevertheless he must have the private key of the addresses somewhere (or at least, he must be able to export the private keys in case he's using an api or json-rpc), otherwise he wouldn't be able to handle payouts in case somebody wins

I understand what you are saying, you've made this system so everything processes automatically, but as the owner/developer you still have control over it, right?

It is not decentralized at all and only SoftSwiss and games are Provably Fair, PocketDice isn't provably fair they may cheat users. There is no way to verify spins for Endorphina|Betsoft| games and all spins are coming from their server.
