Looking at 1 week price is a little disappointing.  - http://www.coindesk.com/price/ Were around 418 or so, so lost around 5 dollars or so from the high of the difficulty period.   

So not a huge loss, but also not the direction we want to go.  Difficulty is not a horrible change so that is good news so far. Would have liked less but last period of under 1 percent made me pretty happy so hard to argue if we stay under 5 percent this time.

BW has been tracking around 80PH the last Week, they have been as high as 100PH a Month or so ago. But I am still not in Bitcoin mode... It's also raining in Vegas, which we had not planned on, we get enough of that in the UK.

I think the new one fan S7 is very likely. For them to make a design change I think shows they planned on making quite a few for it to pay off.   So 1/2 fan cost could add up on filling up a data center.   

We also don't know when bitmain hits next gen.  It is likely they looked at designs due to next gen aswell (pure speculation there).
