One must also take into account the fact that for a certain mood of a person certain music is required. Not every quiet music can be good for more active activities and thinking.

I usually like listening to RnB, and slow music because it is kind of relaxing and it can make me stay calm if i feel pressured with anything.  Before, I am also fond of emotional songs. Or songs that are upbeat but the meaning is sad.
