Hashflare.io is a scam cloud mining website, hashflare supposedly offers Litecoin, bitcoin and Ethereum cloud mining contracts but as with most cloud mining "services" they're a scam.

Here's a link to the website:
https://hashflare.io/

Archived:
https://web.archive.org/web/20160404175333/https://hashflare.io/

How the review appears in their website:

Here's the result when googling the image:

Good find.
The usual excuse for fake reviewers/testimonials is, "Oh, everybody does it". That's bullshit, the only reason to fake reviews is to mislead.
They are telling a lie, they are saying this person is a satisfied customer when they're not.
If they want to get vouched for then why not ask one of their 'successful investors' to do it?

Yup, this goes to show how lazy and cheap they are. Definitely sketchy, people should stay away from such "services".

my digging:
--
Since it was deleted in Hashflare.io official thread.... I'll post it here again:

So I did some more digging now.. They are very secretive but Estonia is luckily a small country Smiley

I can confirm, that they have some... how to call those.. not DC but.. ee.. small bunkers and old not used buildings equipped with their hardware (I mean not produced by them but hardware they own, eg alcheminer, gpu farms..).
They also work with local green-energy powerstation operators to get cheaper electricity.
They have similar buildings also in other countries as everybody knows, you need to find cheap electricity to be able to profit.

I know one guy who's college left his current job (from big company in Estonian sense) and went to work to hashflare operator company (I believe it was hashcoins - they have many companies to optimise taxes, can't keep track on all of them).

They have office where ppl work to think new ways to generate money Smiley It includes new "investment" opportunities for (l)users like us to be shown soon.

Their head guy has lot of money and does not hide it.. why should he?

They started as Estonian company, but nobody haven't seen any native estonians in their crew.. so it just happened to be a country where russian money met europe Smiley

pictures of their DC on the homepage are very old, according to my findings they move out from there long ago..

conclusion: they exist, they operate, they have equipment. I invest with caution, as they even refused to be open for Estonian Crypto Currency association (they are member of), hiding behind "security concerns" - meaning we don't know how much they actually own of total hash power and how much is like LTCGear Smiley

thank you for your attention.

You know, it's a bit hard to believe what you actually said and given that it comes from personal experiences it'd be hard for you to prove any of it. Hell, at first I had a hard time figuring out if it was satire (was it?) But I guess that it's a funny story to bring to mind when thinking of cloud mining operations either way. True or not, I don't regret reading your post.

oh, it was not satire - I have no reason for that, as I wrote on their official thread, I've got back my earnings.

First question that comes to mind, have they brought out any proof that they own said equipment? How did you get to know that they do? It's funny to me that any legitimate mining operation would need to use fake reviews. Perhaps they own some mining equipment as a scapegoat?

First question that comes to mind, have they brought out any proof that they own said equipment? How did you get to know that they do? It's funny to me that any legitimate mining operation would need to use fake reviews. Perhaps they own some mining equipment as a scapegoat?

Feb 2015 they participated in Coinfest Estonia, where they introduced Hashflare.io, there they demonstrated their scrypt miner.. witch I recognised as Alcheminer, I can check if there are any better pics than the one here http://www.coinfest.org/previous-events/ (search "Estonia")

I had former business associate working in one DC where they hosted their miners for some time: http://www.leviracloud.eu/en/data-center/datacentre/. He confirmed me that yes they have rented some racks and have some miners there. What and how many was of-course not discussed as it is confidential. As the company Levira is also my big customer I confirmed this from another channel as well. BTW, those pics on their web are taken there..

At one point I offered them hosting in my own little "DC" that I have for my own businesses and miners of-course Smiley As I have regular grid electricity it was too expensive for them. I can't blame them for that.

I have another business partner who is active in green-energy and he has some mini power stations. He has currently some their scrypt miners also running there.. All thought he told that those miner have different Estonian company name sticker on them... go figure...

And the really suspicious thing that erases all my previous lines and attempts to prove they are legit is that they are member of Estonian Cryptocurrency non-profit organisations. I happen to be a board member there.. I offered them chance to show me something they have here in Estonia, and I suggested I can back their being legit here in the forum. But they refused that and I quote (and translate to eng): "Visiting DC's or other miningprojects is forbidden due to security reasons.".. Go figure again.. I don't know anybody more suitable to back their trust more that some of our association board members...

Being openminded now I should say that for me those webinars are also suspicious. Those are targeted to ppl who know nothing about bitcoins nor mining.. Seems to me that hey try to get "fresh meat".. is it for expanding business of ponzy.. I don't know and they are not interested to clear it up either... sad..

BTW, connecting dot's here about my identity should also not to be too hard. I'm planning some actions in near future anyway that require revealing who I am in order for my new biz in bitcoin world to be successful (no no it's not another cloud mining nor end user service), so that's also why I'm revealing some things I otherwise would not.

Hashcoins and Hashflare have never been convincing to me, vaporware and cloud mining are a bad combination.

Good to see that someone is joining the dots.

The last I saw was they were taking pre orders for the Uranus vaporware and when the customer complained too loudly about the continuing delay, they gave him some cloud mining contract as a "refund".

Quote
Their idea was to collect money for Uranus project , which is in real their own mining rig project behind.  So your money for Uranus are used for mining hardware (e.g. Antminer )  in their cloud and as a compensation they are providing you a hashing power and poor fees instead of an immediate refund.
The real profit from cloud for me is now 0.01 BTC a day and they still owe me about 8 or 9 BTC, so it is not possible to get it back in 1year.
On the other hand they promised a hash power increase in the end to provide me an originally paid BTC amount back completely. So in case they tell truth, the result will be I will have my originally paid amount for Uranus back, but after 2 or more years, without interests,  and they used me as a sponsor for their business against my will.
In worse case they will stop mining contract before I reach the originally paid amount and there will surely rise a will to collect people for a lawsuit against them.  The fact they are paying out BTC in fees from cloud is preventing people to start a lawsuit now.

If that's true, I should imagine the halving will kill any Antminer S5 ROI stone dead.

I actually had signed up with them a month ago when I was starting to learn about mining since buying hardware wasn't really an option for me. Too bad I didn't read much about how it may be a scam. Their site has been down, under maintenance, following another cloud mining that has been down for some time now.

This is the main reason how they are surviving as like your new users who are new to bitcoin world without getting full knowledge they just get scammed by this cloud mining sites as they give schemes which seems you become rich  very shortly, but new users forget to know that who is going to give you so high profit without any reason. cloud mining is always a scam as they dont give you full details about their mining setup and how they are performing.

Hashflare still works! I'm still getting the profit from it. For the discount on first purchase, you can check this review http://www.viral-alert.com/hashflare-io-review/
