The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

In other words, hello blockchain, bye bitcoin we don't need you anymore.
I have trouble deciding if that info is bad for bitcoin or overall it can be included as mildly positive.
The one good aspect of this story is that bitcoin will receive more spotlight - and therefore free advertisement - which can enlarge user base of bitcoin.
