CoinsBank launches crypto solution

Edinburgh-based crypto startup CoinsBank launched this week an all-in-one gateway to blockchain services as part of their official sponsorship of Money20/20Europe.

CoinsBank launched the product by including gift boxes with related gifts in the bags of the 3,000 participants that attended the event. Gifts included a debit card, a gift certificate of 0.1 BTC and an invitation to CoinsBank’s blockchain summit to be held in October.

The goal of the platform is to combine the elements of the cryptocurrency and traditional financial ecosystems and create a seamless experience for users to manage their cryptocurrencies. “Getting started with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be daunting,” said Ronny Boesing, CEO of CoinsBank, in a press release sent to CoinReport. “Whilst they offer many advantages in theory, in practice the challenges involved in both acquiring and using them can put off new users.”

The gateway will provide users with a digital wallet, trading exchange, mobile app, physical payment cards and tools for merchant integration. CoinsBank will also support all major currencies and include different deposit/withdrawal methods. -- A copy of your statement for the payment card that you used, including the billing address.
-- The last two digits of the payment card.
-- Your name, phone number, and email address.

I don't have the first one. And they are not accepting verification without it. I have written to the support system but no reply from their side. I have called on +442036088233 But no one ever picks up the phone. There doesn't seem to be a way from which I can get my payment card statement.

On Safari, I get "Phone number invalid" when trying to log in, unless I add a "1" for a USA phone number.

When logged in, I need one unique email account for password recovery.
A second different unique email account for the profile of the account.  The 1st email used it marked as "taken".
When verifying my profile, and adding an email, again I cannot use the first email, and not even the second email.
I am required to provide a third different email address for verification!

What is this?

Please FIX your database and website to work with safari and not require a different email for every little part of your site.

Also please post the limits of the cards, as they were difficult to find.  Impossible on Safari, only in Firefox.

Level 1. Without any verification users may make POS payments or ATM withdrawals for 250 EUR (300 USD). For this level commissions & fees are according to No-name Limited.

I was able to fix the issue but you still have an error in your API. If you create the API & check (set it to "Yes") the Read-only , you will get the error I mentioned above, If you leave it unchecked (Set it to "No") then you will have no issues. I thought you should know and report it to the developers.

I was able to fix the issue but you still have an error in your API. Monthly fees should start from the second year as far as I know and If you have no balance then they won't take any (logically) but If you deposit a greater  or equal amount to the monthly fee then It will be taken from your account . (If you wait several months then you deposit then they will take fees for several months AFAIK) . Still , you may want to wait CoinsBank answer for confirmation just in case.

From the first day, I can remember starting to use BTC , recommended fees were always 0.0001 BTC and transactions were going through without any issues.
If you are using services that ask for high fees then It's your fault and not Bitcoin's fault.

Seems to of been paid out now and resolved. Guessing had to process manual. Shame to see their signature campaign come to an end to after 2 years but maybe they come back who knows. Site works flawless for me tho when am on it. Awaiting their trading to go live from beta that I look forward to.

I don't even think that you can configure a forking to force include specific side chains.  Most proper forks will not affect any side chains, but if it is done wrong, they all get lost.

When you say "the rate specified at the top", is this something (the current rate) I can see somewhere right now so as to compare with the market prices at the usual bitcoin exchanges or only if I'm registered? Virtual card and physical one don't come in the same package, you will have to order both separately If you want them both. You could use the card where Visa (or MasterCard) is accepted, the currency will be automatically converted while withdrawing on the ATM.

It has already been reported before that the SMS system is a little bit buggy sometimes. I suggest using the Google Authenticator option as Its easier and you are sure that the code will get generated unlike SMS. OP also didn't connect since March, I doubt you will get an answer, this thread seems abandoned.

It's been more than a week I am trying to get help on this, neither I am able to trade nor am I able to withdraw funds. This is really frustrating as my funds are completely blocked and I do not have any ETA on my request. Really appreciate if you could provide ETA on the same.
