Rigged is not accurate word to describe stock market. Enough to say we all know that there are some movements hidden from general public and certain deals are done behind the curtain.
Market is highly manipulated and exploited, if you are a newbie or have no idea how things works then you may feel like the whole system is rigged.

Any market can be rigged by very rich people. They can manipulate the market to their advantage.

Yes. Stock market's rigged. By a combination of these stock exchanges, the big Wall Street banks and high-frequency traders. Everybody who has an investment in the stock market are the victims.

Think about all of the "wealth" stored 401k's and IRA's that cannot be moved without penalty. Using law to discourage divestment from the markets, only inflates it further, allowing more loans against this theoretical value, and so on....

this is a logical dead end, within the monetary paradigm of the development of financial technologies before the advent of the blockchain

If you havent done the homework, its rigged based on certain factors how they play it by.

Since most of the stuff is based on their own terms, like insider info, or something else thats off the books.

Insider trading is not the norm.
People do get prosecuted and go to jail for insider trading - think of Raj Rajaratnam and Rajat Gupta.
It is just not worth it for people in important positions to make use of insider information.

People who got caught on doing inside trades are only tip of the iceberg. We are living in the dark and kept behind the curtains of big movements all the time.
Stock market were manipulated by a whales since the beginning, and no control commission for securities will gonna cut these dealings.
