I have transferred more than 12,000 DTR and while other coins are leaving the address that my wallet address sent the DTR to once I deposited it into Livecoin:

Here is the transaction ID. I don't understand how people who are depositing DTR days after me, are having their tokens come into their account. Why are my tokens not being processed?

This clearly show that the transactions are being sent out of this wallet, and yet mine is stuck in here for 2 days? Why is this? No response from support either. There is NO mistake on my part, and others are being credited within minutes of depositing their DTR tokens. Why are you holding onto my tokens, what reason do you have?

Hello, yes have replied twice to support that YES I authorise you deduct your fee of 0.05 BTC for manual reversal of transaction. First reply from me to ticket was 1 January, second reply YES 3 January.

Can you please please please action this manual reversal ASAP as it has been more than a week now with no action.  I would really appreciate your assistance in getting the matter settled.

This was my first time trading on Livecoin and it is not encouraging me to use this exchange again.  I transferred some Crypto to Livecoin and it arrived fine.  I did a few trades - that was all ok.

But I am now waiting for my withdrawal of Litecoin for over 2 days!  I traded this because I needed the money to pay a bill.  I expected the transfer to happen within minutes, like on most exchanges.  But 2 days!  That's way too long.  LTC has gone down around 15-20% in that time, too!  For the whole time the status of the withdrawal under "Pending Transactions" is "in progress".

Is there someone from Litecoin here who can find out what is going on before I start bombarding all forms of social media with negative comments about Livecoin?  My user ID is HereIam.

In the meantime, if anyone new to Livecoin is reading this then be very wary about using this exchange.  I'll post an update when/if I finally get my LTC.

I have been waiting for my LISK for 7 months, it is the bad thing that in the transactions there are but instead the coins do not allow me to use them, I hope it is a simple mistake and not a voluntary action ........
