The people that said that 5$ is a low payment are right. I think I could do it for 35$ but it's seven times the money that you offered and I don't know if that's good for you.

EDIT: I just realized that if I could download two songs every minute the whole job would take 25 hours... 35$ seems low for 25 hours of work.

Its not only tedious, its also a sweating job to find each song carefully and find a downloadable link with quality higher than 192 kbps (320 kbps is often available) . I think the pay rate should have been somewhere around 50 bucks .

There is no response from OP and the thread were posted months ago so ai doubt that he is still needing for people to do the job.

I have list of 300 music artists in txt. You have to go to their last.fm page and find all top 10 most listened songs of their.
Then you have to download these 10 songs. These can only be mp3 and be of quality equal or higher than 192kbps.
When it comes to finding songs you can torrent the Discography of the artist and choose only the top 10 songs to download.
These artists should be easy to find. If you can't find them anywhere then you can rip their mp3 from YouTube videos. You can use YouTube most viewed sorting instead of last.fm for these.
Each artist should get it's own folder (folder name is name of artist) and folder should contain mp3s with song name as a filename. (No album folders or anything of such, only mp3s). Filename should be properly written and first letter capitalized.
Then you need to create a torrent and seed it at speeds higher than 10mpbs. You have to seed this torrent till I download it and then delete it and not share it. (Or you can host it somewhere else, make sure it's not shitty unreliable service with low speeds)
You can zip or rar the files.

Just throwing in my two cents here.

I'm a freelancer and I've seen some jobs that are like this. Some usually go for at least $4 per artist (that includes the discography and sorting, sorry missing link to proof). $10 for 300 artists, plus sorting and discography in high quality? Plus high-speed seeding? No, I'm very sure no one will do it for $10.

At best, those will have to be separate jobs. One for the research and links, one for the discography downloading and sorting , and one for the seeding (bandwidth ain't free, except on Google Fiber).

At worst, someone will do it for cheap, but will not go through with it.
