customs will definitely seize them if caught do not attempt to do trade within eu countries

they even can Prosecute you

one carton for 60 euro is very high. I don't know about Marb gold cigarette. may be the price of this brand is expensive. but I saw a website cigspot which is selling cigarettes for 35$ dollars. and their brand also a good brand.

I have had cigs come from other countries through customs. They do not have the manpower or resources to check every parcel so it is most likely the ciggs would arrive to where they are sent.

I have quite smoking and just wanna give these to people who are in the UK so they don't have to wait for shipping, worry about customs ect.

It is all relative and country specific. Taxes on tobacco are very high in the UK and you will have to pay them to customs when buying from abroad. Looks like a very good deal but you should Escrow with any newbie accounts

Nope, you won't get prosecuted for buying cigs, unless they can prove that you intend to re-sell them.
If the customs seize the parcel, they'd ask you to pay the duty on it, and if you choose not to, they'll destroy them. That's it.

@OP, £6 per pack is a lot. "Standard" under the counter price for these is £4.5 - £5.

That's the price for 1 carton, so 10 packs. But he also got 9 more additional packs.
