 cengsuwuei: STR was what they used to be called. They are called XLM or lumens now. Poloniex hasn't changed the symbol for some reason.

i followed this project for a while a year ago, but than i got disconnected...
in the website there are some options as connect your Btc accounts for XLM distribution... and also Facebook following...
how does that really works?
and there is any dates for the next XLM distribution??

There will be another lumen distribution to bitcoin holders in the summer probably.

man I remember holding 50,000 stellar at one point...sold it all down to 1,000...buy definitely pretty cool concept..like the fast transaction time and the recent foray into Africa and a cross border payment app

It was a great plan  and idea at that time the only thing short is the implementation and the willingness to go through the project, it was a very promising one, but it turned into mess when they decide to distribute stellar to bitcoin holders. the amount is proportion to how much bitcoin you hold from your wallet, so in short making the rich richer.
