how come the giveaway ends on the 27th would makes stellar mooning?

The giveaway flooded the market with free stellar. After the giveaway ends the free money dries up and the price can recover.
The giveaway also made more people join stellar. Stellar comes out stronger with more holders.
'Mooning' takes longer, I expect stellar to go up before this year ends.

I have a bunch of Bitcoins, so hopefully it worked. I opened up a Stellar wallet and believe that I signed/verified. I placed their Bitcoin Giveaway message in both Trezor "message" boxes and placed my Trezor BTC address in both address boxes. I copied the signature from the sign signature box to the verify signature box then verified. Wish me luck!

Also, I remember seeing somewhere that your wallet needs XLM to be activated. DoI need to send a few hundred XLM to the wallet to receive the airdrop? Thanks in advance

You receive the airdrop a few seconds after you join. If you did not receive the airdrop it did not work.

Today is the 27th, is it over yet? or we still have time until midnight to claim this?
the blog page doesn't mention the exact deadline time, only says will conclude on August 27th, 2017
anyone try claiming it just now? forum time is August 27, 2017, 02AM
probably the easy way is just to log in to facebook and try claim it eh?

Good news, claiming your lumens still work...
approx. 20 more hours left until midnight (forum time) I think stellar in the same time zone
gotta enter the address & signature one at a time, then reload to start over for next address
17 addresses with low btc amount and skipped 5 addresses due to very low balance  (below 50k sats)
If I was aware in advance, I would have consolidated them into a single address before the snapshot

We saw a lot of blood because of all that airdrop dumpers. Sadly XLM was not following Ripple as it was the case in last bull market cycle. But I am optimistic that the price will increase in the next days, bcecause airdrop claiming is closed by now.

Can somebody help me to figure out how to use Stellar's Decentralized trading platform?

I probably do it wrong. I've used stellarterm.com to exchange my XLM to "BTC assets". But I can't get how to move those "BTC assets" to my real Bitcoin wallet.

Is there any tutorial or step by step instructions? Does Stellar's Decentralized trading platform even work?
