On April 6, the Stellar network failed, some validators disconnected from the network, the Bitfinex exchange announced the suspension of the XLM withdrawal, and the Bitstamp cryptocurrency exchange made a similar decision.

Stellar is in accumulation and price is only half of its highest price in the last one year. Two possibilities for Stellar, break the resistance and move to $0.5 to $0.6 or the current support will be broken and price will fall to $0.18 to $0.2

Anyway this news has already affected the market. XLM  price has increased by almost  20 % in the last 48 hours. IMO,  if this deal goes through then Stellar gain a lot of attention from institutional investors.

Stellar usually pumps very strongly with sudden announcements and news. Whenever Stellar pumps, it would be a big one and last a few days. It is not my financial advice for you to join Stellar because it pumps 25% from the bottom in last 7 days.
