I thought you are asking for a phone verification and offering $4 as the reward. Better to change your tittle and OP as well so it will not lead misunderstanding. And dont forget to reduce the amount you ask for, $4 for phone verification is kinda too expensive imo.

I have no problem using escrow. I know that I have to work for my rep. I am just trying to find ways to make more bitcoin. I don't have a website and as for coding you can forget about it. I am a great writer. I have my AA in journalism from Valencia State College (it was community college while I was going) I may not have a bachelor like a lot of the writers i know, and would be more then happy to write up a sample to show my grammatical ninja skills. Just kidding. Really though, in my opinion I am a hell of a writer with my area of expertise in speech writing and essays for college, meetings, weddings.

Be careful. Offering your mobile number to strangers for verification may land you in trouble.I dont think it is wise to verify your number for someone else

On hotmail or even gmail you can not use it unlimited time it will tell you that this number can not be used to verify the account

Do you have any way to get some prepaid sim card in your country that not need any id card? that would be much more safe because if someone is doing illegal stuff you will not have any problems
