Just an opinion, OP, you should follow the rule that if a newbie bids, s/he needs to provide a proof that he has the coin to pay for his bid. It is not fair if these accounts were only made to increase the accounts price.  I am inerested to bid in here but unless you reject the newbies bid, I will not.
