afaik smaragda has never contacted the simcoin dev directly about the problem he had using the simcoin exchange

this is his version of raising a support ticket for a problem at an exchange - very public sustained daily abuse

great customer service does NOT require normalizing abusive psychotic behavior by responding to it

smaragda is trying to defame someone in absentia rather than confront his own inability to communicate reasonably through a dispute

standard practice in crypto is to submit a support ticket when you have a problem. if you're not happy with the response you get you might make a scam accusation on this forum. you must know this, so I conclude your unwillingness to follow standard protocols indicates your motivation is either driven  by mental illness, or jealousy
