IMO no one really needs small loans as such small like 0.0001 btc - 0.001 btc.
Most borrowers I see around here seek loans for about 0.01 BTC and above. Also I don't think it's worth the time and interest if someone borrows such small amount. People will just end up fooling in this thread of yours and starts their scam attempts for just a cents that you are offering.

I commend your willingness to help other people. but be aware that there are many scammers on this forum that will scam for very small amount when they get a chance.
always ask for a collateral unless you can be sure that the borrower will not scam.

Is this fun ? if you will give loans of 0.0001 BTC , then wont all that amount get digested in just transactions fee and all ? and I think you should start offering loans when you have over 0.01 at least.

It depends; if the two ones are using the same wallet, like coinbase, theres no fee... so the deal would happen.

That is very obvious. Usually the account scam has reduced because people have been wise and whn the account is stolen the victim reports and gets the account -ve trust, which at least restricts the scammer from using it.

Its strange. If you give this much loan, then you have to pay the same amount as transaction fee. So it is not worth it.
Try to increase the loan amount or do not give the loan.
