The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I'm pretty sure that hf acc will get banned instantly once Omni found out the IP change or this thread, right?

IP changes happen constantly on almost everyones HF account, for instance if you go on your work wifi. They don't look at this. If omni sees this thread, who will he ban? He doesn't have the username. Fuck you omni!
