Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.

We might not be happy with the direction bitcoin developers are taking use. But it is safe to say that bitcoin is even remotely close to dying.
It won't happen, not with the  market cap we achieved. The only problem of bitcoin for now is the solution to the block size scaling problem.
This status of affairs is already attracting some anxiety and it is toxic to even talk about it. Other than that we are fine as a community.

No matter how many times you say that bitcoin will die, it will never Die. It is the currency to due to which  R3, hyperledger, ethereum are there.
If there was no Bitcoin, there would be nothing but only FIAT.

BITCOIN WILL NEVER DIE.

Didn't bitcoin died already 100 times before, this sh itty organizations will do anything in their power to denigrate bitcoin, but they will never achieve their final goal, to stop bitcoin as much as they can. So yeah they can continue telling us fairy tales, we simply don't care anymore about this.

Not that I want to see the death of bitcoins, but it's safer to have a plan B incase the unexpected happens. Like having litecoins or dodgecoins.

There is a good website that keeps track of these 'declarations' (or however one wants to call them.

People that actually believe this sort of FUD clearly never step into the bitcoin dev irc chats.
I don't see the relation between believing in FUD and being in the bitcoin-dev chat-room.
