Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.

It was not always, but I agree. Remember that the end of Bitcoin as we know it is intentional, done by forces that wish to stop financial revolution. But maybe we could also thank them, Ethereum is an obvious Bitcoin de-throner, maybe even Monero.

Apparently, this has been mentioned too many times, yet there are no signs that Bitcoin will be dead 'for sure'. Bitcoin is still here as far as everyone can tell.

Bitcoin will survive for sure in future and small dumps will always be a part of bitcoin but that doesn't mean that  bitcoin is dead or it will die in future, the future of bitcoin is safe for sure.

You know, the open source, the no leadership the no organisation "bullshit" is not useless. There's numerous projects that were so successful with this direction model, and so is Bitcoin. What does make you stand this way ? You found a new shitty altcoin in which you trust and put 0,04BTC in it ? You see, without Bitcoin, no altcoin exists.

Well, the Bitcoin price is 1.00000000 Bitcoin and the rest of crypto trades among those zeros, most of it pretty far down the line. That should tell you something about the life expectancy. The closer to zero #8 the closer to death they are generally I guess.

consider this:

If bitcoin were easy to change at the consensus level, why would you trust in it?

mybitprices.info - wallet auditing   |  hd-wallet-derive - derive keys locally |  hd-wallet-addrs - find used addrs
lightning-nodes - list of LN nodes  |  coinparams - params for 300+ alts  |  jsonrpc-cli - cli jsonrpc client
subaddress-derive-xmr - monero offline wallet tool

They are spreading this news only to manipulate the price of bitcoin, nothing special in this story as now we are used to listen all this rumors.

If I had a Satoshi for every time someone said, "Bitcoin is dead,"...

Whenever I see one of these "Bitcoin is dead" threads, I know that Bitcoin is alive and well. I like to read the OP reasoning though just for amusements.

Here I don't feel some negativity. At the beginning users who enter into bitcoin with some hesitation as well 50% trust when goes through these threads believe the potential of bitcoin.

If you want it to die, you can begin by possibly stop accompanying this electronic message board. You assist in promotion, believe it or not. This site gets wealthier with more users occupying it, which in term the money accumulated from its amount of users is given to advertisers to keep advertising BTC and whatnot.

This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.

Word.

Bitcoin can't die unless every single one of its users do. And I highly doubt I'll be leaving the bitcoin scene anytime soon. Sorry to crush your dreams of FUDing the community and buying BTC at $100 apiece.

It´s way too entrenched to die and probably too well established for anything else to topple it from the leadership in crypto. At least not any time soon.

'Soon' is somewhat vague.  What did you have in mind?
