According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Initially this seemed like a nice article, then ended up being a complete disaster. Join the club of bad predictions.

Now that this data has been updated, Bitcoin has already died more than 300 times. It died yesterday and died today again . Maybe it will die once again tomorrow. Grin

Bitcoin dead again? Bitcoin never die because bitcoin is the first digital currency in the world, there is some manipulation in the market so it will affect in all currencies,Bitcoin price is falling I think it is normal case, if the market going up down is depends up on the trend of market, now days bitcoin has bad situation and other crypto currency also, it will be changed soon, you can see a good boom from bitcoin.

Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
dont give up esily and we know that bitcoin is not dead its just losing its demand because theres only few investors right now out there

Hyperledger is shit. Nobody uses it. Nobody even cares about it besides tech illiterate noobs. People actually use and want bitcoin.

Everyone have its own limitations. I think you already reach yours by always extending your Patience. Why not let us still wait for bitcoin revival of new revolution of its value. I think it wouldn't stay in the same crash, there will be a time to recover.

I do not think so, currently the market is just going down according to the rules of the market. this is normal. Someone says bitcoin will die but I do not believe this and I will still invest in it.

I do not believe that bitcoin can die. I know it looks like bitcoin has no person managing it. If bitcoin is dead sure the cryptocurrency market will die under it. So somehow there will be organized not let it die

Dip also happened on 2016 in the same month. It's a history repeats itself.  Seems there is a good news after this.

Bitcoin is always dying but its alive again and again.. and i think bitcoin will die for our sin and it will alive again. just like jesus you know.. i am always believe in bitcoin because some stores here in my country are accepting bitcoin as payment..
That's right; I'm also a bitcoin fanatic. Recently some small supermarkets where I live are accepting bitcoin as the primary form of payment. I can go to the supermarket and buy some of my bitcoin supplies and payments

When we say Bitcoin die, meaning the value of Bitcoin is back to zero, but why many people are always saying
Bitcoin die. Even though there until now the price value are almost stable on 6 to 7 thou. USD. That's exactly proven that Bitcoin is still alive.

It will take a lot to kill Bitcoin. Whatever happens, virtual currency is here to stay and the way of the future.

I really have to agree with this statement , how can you even assure that the large whales will destroy bitcoin ? , Even combined power of a two whales cannot kill bitcoin , and as a matter oif fact large investor wants bitcoin because of its history , I know as a financial management student as I observed the trading of bitcoin for almost 3 years, it has a good future, its becoming well known around the world that means a lot of investor and if there is many more investor , it means profit, dont spread negativity , reputation of coin is always important

this opinion has happened so often that every time the price falls, I will never believe that bitcoin will die that easily, we all need not worry because bitcoin has a strong defense and bitcoin is the source of power of all coins in the crypto world.

The price is forcing you to make this assertion. We'll all witness its rise, believe you me. I have heard worse prediction, Bitcoin has a way of surprising us all

I have heard this many times that bitcoin will be dead. All we need is to believe that bitcoin will gain its price again instead of worrying because it will go for nothing if people just continue making prediction about bitcoin being dead.

We hear this all the time, that the Bitcoin bubble will explode, and it will be the end of cryptocurrencies. I think, people saying this, do not have the propere knowledge, or / and have personal interest spreading this FUD.

Bitcoin dies every time the fiat price falls ... Many people have entered the boom last year, whether for hold or trade, and many are losing money with wrong choices, bought Bitcoin to get rich or make easy money, and only then were looking to see what technology was. This move will still happen for a long time, when most people know what Bitcoin is, and the power he has, 100k USD will be a bargain.

repeatedly people say bitcoin will not die because bitcoin is a very popular crypto currency and number 1. if a price drop in bitcoin do not say that bitcoin will die, because the rise and fall of bitcoin prices is caused by bitcoin sellers who sell too cheap .
