It is expensive in most of EU.   I would suggest looking at hosting in a place without VAT/Import tax.  I have a feeling by time you pay vat there you will be paying a good amount over what a S7 is worth.  And EU electricity tends not to be cheap (in most cases).  So fighting a uphill battle.

I would guess it is in area of 20-30 percent (which sucks).  I would find someone in UK to check but I think you will find VAT kills the deal for most.

Import duty is 20% plus whatever the delivery service adds on for handling.

For example, I ordered an Antrouter R1 from klintay on here (runs eyeboot website) and the import duty on a $40 (usd) antrouter was £6. Royal Mail then put another £8 on top for dealing with customs. Yes it was easier if they dealt with them but still once you factor all of that in it was almost as much as buying one from a seller already in the country.

In the UK it's not import duty but VAT this is payable on both the declared price plus the postage cost, there is then the PO handling fee. I usually find it works out to a total of around 25%

Its 20% + a flat £7-11 charge.
