I think it's not okay, you need to verify first your paypal so that you have also your billing address. Studypool needs verified paypal to prevent self-referrals. I did some research about this company and they are legitimate.

It will always depends on someone's point of view. I like the idea to be done by self, they can try it using their not main account causing doubt.

By the way, upon signing up the user should choose "become a tutor" to be paid right? I just noticed that it is missing in the procedure provided.
