Bounties should be way less than 500,000 coins, same with dev funds. You wanted your coin to be worth 30,000 satoshi, you can only do that by burning those 1M coins, or you will have 1M coins at 3 satoshi instead.  Consider that and have ocminer burn them or do a community vote. You won't get an exchange with that high pre-mine and that low block rewards.

Dev, two questions:

1)When are ICO coins being given out.
2)ANN says stake age 1 hour, it's been over 1.5 hours and wallet still says no mature coins?

There's no stake weight on the network at all yet.

I'm looking through main.h like OCminer taught me but I don't know enough about what to look for, in order to determine when coins should actually start gaining stake weight or what block that should be at.

Proof of Stake started at block 100 it is Located in chainparams.cpp not main.h

Coins will start to gain wieght 1 hour from being recieved and fully confirmed, Pos Blocks are moving very fast when they do stake
