with your coinotron example I only get "Authorisation failed" - no mining possible.

Probably there is one more text line after that line in red, it contains something like "Wrongworkernameorpassword".

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Are you sure this is the name of your worker?

Follow the instructions on the OP:

"-epsw    Password for Ethereum pool, use "x" as password."

Verifique o nome dos seus "workers" e a sua palavra passe. Tem a certeza que a palavra passe é "PC-14"?

Boa sorte!  Wink

Hi, Claymore! Thx for good work.
I have a card 7970m (Pitcairn) and I can't use it. Your miner says "GPU 0, GpuMiner k1 failed -48" and reboots own start. Howevever genoil miner successfully works and shows 15MHs. Could You explain this problem?

Nvidia - no. Failover - yes, in next release.

Finally got sick of ehhminer constanly dying and crashing my miners on the regular and tried this miner out and wow !

Im in love , now getting 180mhs for my six 390 card rig that i was testing for a while thats with an undervolt of 100mv

cards are running about 5 degrees hotter but each card hashes at 30mhs no lower.

Also it seems this miner is smarter if one card dies the miner does not hang it just keeps mining with the other 5 cards

this is good so now i can play around more with undervolted bioes going forward etc.

-two things
1)
All i need now is a way to use it with the solo mining proxy
https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/3513/ethereum-mining-proxy/p1

2)
do your commands for lowering memory clock really work ? in MSI afterburner yo ucant really lower the memory clock . i mean it lets you but
the clocks do not go lower when you apply the settings.    For ethreum we can get better power usesage and temps if we can lower the mem clock
and a leave the core alone at least for newer AMD cards.

Have you made any observation on the watt draw difference or heat difference that heavy of an undervolt?  My 390s are hogs - like 270W ...

I have the same problem as DaveyJones. v3.0 not working for me.
When i run it through CMD it prompts the parameters and does nothing at all. No errors, no works, nothing.

Tested 3.0, looking good. Increase on 7950/7970/280x/290/290x/390x for me.

Back to ethminer, however; looking forward to the solo version of this miner.

Can someone please explain me how ethereum forks mining works? Is it possible to mine eth, dcr and exp all at the same time? Will fork mining be profitable?

I'm testing this version at the moment and I have this little problem.

On a rig with 4 x 290x, when I start the miner it hashes with 115 Mh/s and then in a matter of seconds it drops to 107 Mh/s.
Apparently it starts with around 29 Mh/s for every card, and drops all but the one that has the monitor cable plugged in, to 26 Mh/s.
I'm using ETH only mode.

Any tips how to fix this ?

I use Sapphire Trixx to downclock my memory to 150 Mhz which also increases hashrate due to tighter timings. Wink

Using 15.7.1 and Trixx? Are You sure it's underclocked? Checked in Trixx card info or GPU-Z?

Serious improvement on every card except my nano's.

So 280x's, 290's, 290x's, 390's and 390x's went up, and very nicely!

Nano's, no difference. Edit: Even worse. Exact same settings, lost 2mh eth and 200-300 Mh dcr. Sad

Great job none the less!

Keep it up Claymore!

almartins, try to rename/replace "-" in your pass or workername, "PC-14" = "PC14"

I found a way to lower memory clocks with MSI Afterburner, even when this feature is disabled in AMD driver, so, we need:

1. Run MSI Afterburner and check that "Unofficial Overclocking Mode" is currently DISABLED

2. Set desired memory clock setting (for each card if they're different in your rig) and hit apply, save these settings at the first profile and check "apply overclocking at system startup" box. Now, if you run GPU-Z, you'll see lowered clocks at the "Graphics Card" tab, but if you check "Sensors" tab, you'll see that memory clocks remain the same, nothing has been lowered actually.

3. OK, go back to MSI Afterburner, go to Settings and ENABLE "Unofficial Overclocking Mode" without PowerPlay feature and hit OK. Now your system should restart automatically.

4. When everything booted up, you should accept terms and agreement in the popup window, and then you can check with GPU-Z, your memory clocks are really lowered now to the numbers you've entered with Afterburner earlier and will not raise to factory settings until you want it.

5. ATTENTION! After these manipulations you won't be able to do any over/downclocking with MSI Afterburner actually, if you want so, you'll need to disable Unofficial Overclocking Mode and restart your system, but in this case memory downclocking will be lost.

Worked on each of my rigs (have 12 of them), each of them have the same card models onboard (but different manufacturers), especially tried on 290x and 390x.

Gald if this will help somebody.

Best Regards

Can you port it to linux, too.
If its not a big problem.
