Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Does msi afterburner works with this driver? Afterburner 440beta12 did not work, but it has not worked before and took a bit of tweaking to get it work. It's getting late - or should I say early - and dont have the energy right now to mess with it more, will play around with it a bit later on. |

Does this driver check bios sig? Yes. You need to use the pixel patcher with RX 4XX and 57X cards with a modded Bios. With RX 580's typically you don't need to bypass the signature check. |

hey hey everyone wanted to get some insight from a few people here if i can!
when checking my machine it almost looks normal as if everything is mining fine, but a few numbers are off and when i check the pool online i get 0. this is happening everyday now and only starts showing up online again after a reboot.
ETH - Total Speed: 191.552 Mh/s, Total Shares: 6644, Rejected: 3, Time: 20:17
ETH: GPU0 23.880 Mh/s, GPU1 23.983 Mh/s, GPU2 23.970 Mh/s, GPU3 23.970 Mh/s, GPU4 23.963 Mh/s, GPU5 23.942 Mh/s, GPU6 23.935 Mh/s, GPU7 23.909 Mh/s

I guess you are with GTX 1060s ? If yes, I believe its too much OC'd. Reduce it a bit and experiment it's weird it runs for about 24 hours no issues then just stops. powerlimit = 50 coreclock = -150 memclock = +750 fanspeed = 75% i think i might be starving the cards of power. |

Just as an FYI - I have 5 470rx's in the same rig (xfx, sapphire and msi), tried the new beta blockchain drivers, it was a non starter for me. My drivers (patched), atipixel patcher etc, 6 card patch, but MSI afterburner version I use didn't allow me to set anything and also there seemed something wrong, like the driver hadn't installed properly, even though, everything had and there was no driver issues in device manager etc. So went back to 16.11.5-Nov25 which works great for me. All running on WIN 7 64bit.

The algorithm is intentionally ludicrous memory bound to prevent ASICs. You can run Nvidia cards like 60% power limit, core underclock, save gobs of power and hash the same. Same for AMD. |

With the new beta driver is it still needed to copy files from an old version to get multi cards to work? i Have both RX480 and RX580 all bios modded, if that matters.
