RX Vega 64 Liquid 1560gpu/1100mem@1v gpu core
dualminer 9.8 -dcri 60
55-60 degrees with 3000 rpm

Drop your clocks to 1137.  Same hash rate, much cooler running.

Definetly not the case when dual-mining. Hashrate decreased significantly.
And the voltage stay the same.
Will get power meter and need some advice howto downvolt below 1v to test low-power modes.

I was getting 42.1Mh/s and ~1100Mh/s DCR at 1137cc/1100HBM2.  Until it hard crashes... Which I think is related to the block chain driver and Vega FE.

What was the core voltage with this settings?
Pitty, I had to low memclock to 1080mhz because there were some incorrect ETH shares reported by miner.
Now seems ok ... and no single crash yet ...

Have you tried ETH + SIA and other combinations ?

No I have not.
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

At nanopool i can only choose Pascal or Sia as a second coin to mine no DCR?
Where do you guys find that option, or is it a other website.
Would like to hear more about this wan't to change from ETH+SIA to this.

Nanopool doesn't support deCRED. You'd have to enter a supernova (or similar) address to mine dcr.

I recently shifted from eth+sia into eth+dcr due to the pitiful earnings I'm getting now from siacoin. And besides, DCR keeps rising in value. I can also attest that with the same -dcri settings, you'd get higher hash rate for DCR than SIA and lower power draw too.

6x Rx580 | Claymore 9.8 | Aug11 Blockchain Drivers | 175.5 ETH 3500 DCR | 115W GPU-Z | DCRI 20

I build and sell rigs! I also sell ssd clones of the most stable Windows+Claymore+AMD driver combo you'd ever used.

How many Watts at the wall?

I have an air that I am headed down to test
Did you mod the voltage?  If so, what did you use?

Thanks

I'll bring my watt-meter tomorrow.
I did lower the voltage with wattman.
And again ... 1100 mem gives non-valid shares sometimes in claymore ... need 1080 to be stable ... or more cooling maybe
I'll try to apply additional fan to blow to the card tomorrow too

Did you apply the atikmdag bios patcher after installing the blockchain driver?

Are those decred MH from all of your cards?  That isn't just from the Vega is it?

Does anyone know of a thread that has been tracking which RAM is in which brand GPUs?

Hi,

I just switched from win7 to win10 to be able to use the new AMD blockchain drivers among other things. I have a mix of 480/580/570 cards using claymore 9.8. I also use an autoswitching pool. I am experiencing a problem where my 8gb 480 card crashes when switching mining from eth classic (epoch 144) to eth (epoch 140). The other cards do fine during the new DAG generation but the 480 goes down and the miner/OS will lock up shortly thereafter. So far, the switching only occurs when the devfee wants to mine eth. All of the cards are mildly memclocked/uv and have previously been stable for days on win7/17.71/claymore 9.8. I have env variables set and 32 GB pagefile.

Unfortunately, my only solution so far has been to turn off the devfee - which I would rather not do. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

That screenshot shows only one card, it's GPU0. Vega is good for the 2nd coin. FE can do 4k alone with high dcri.

Yes, the drivers are known to not work at all on Win7.
